Our Mission

The mission of Rest House, Inc. is to create a healthier, more mentally and spiritually literate space dedicated to empowering and uplifting women. 

We help women accomplish their mental health goals through providing opportunities to truly rest and restore from life's trauma. We provide financial, educational and spiritual resources through wellness retreats and other events.
